Super quick and easy check in process for foreign tourists. The entire hotel is smoke free, so there’s no risk of accidentally booking a smoking room. Each room is stocked with decent amenities, and the WiFi speeds and bandwidth are amazing (200-300 mbps down and up). This hotel is located just down the street from the Kobe Sannomiya station and within a 5 min walk. Great, comfortable little hotel at decent prices!

It is very close to the center of the city. Walking distance from trains and airport limousine buses. Surrounded by restaurants and bars but the street is off from the busy area where all entertainment and shopping areas are located. The hotel itself is super clean and spacious for the Japanese standard. It is not the five star one but much better than most of reasonable hotels. Most of essential items are in the room already.

The hotel is conveniently located and within walking distance to shopping malls and train stations. Although it's right in the centre of town, it's on a quiet street with little human traffic. The room with 3 single beds is very unique and convenient for a group of 3 people. It's a comfortable size room with enough space to open 2 luggage on the floor. Coffee is available at the lobby for guests free of charge. Will definitely stay there again!

It is in a quiet street but just two blocks from the shopping and restaurants area. The train station is a 10-min walk and and one can walk to Kobe harbor and China town. The famous temple is right next to the hotel.

Great for quick family excursion to Kobe.
Fantastic location, convenient to trains and Kobe beef restaurants. Buffet breakfast was great, lots of options, all delicious. Shrine/park across the street was nice for a stroll on a rainy day. Would have liked a softer pillow. While in town, visited Chinatown, which is a 10 min walk. Also visited Nunobiki Falls, which is one stop away on the subway at Shin-Kobe.

The hotel was in a good location, right next to a shrine and a market, but the market was not a place I’d recommend for families, at least in the evening. The hotel had everything we needed.

Nicely fully renovated, 10 mins from Sannomiya train station. Buffet breakfast recommendable served from 7am. Ladies only floor available for any 500yen per person. Overall easily accessible and quiet we had a great stay. Parking was off-site 5 mins away for 2500yen opening at 8:00am.

r exploring Kobe
Perfect for exploring Kobe. Was a little worried n check-in as it appeared quite dated... but never judge a book by its cover! The room was clean and super comfortable. Excellent price for this hotel for the size of the room. And the buffet breakfast had loads of choice as well (even good for a fussy eater!)
