This hotel was just divine. The grounds to the apartments and rooms are just so beautiful, it really is paradise. The staff were incredible and couldn’t do enough for you. My partner and I are vegan and both restaurants were more than accommodating with ensuring we had choice and variation during our stay. The hotel is well maintained and always spotless. I also had a massage during my stay which was a lovely experience. Would highly recommend this hotel and can’t wait to come back already!

The photos online don't really do the place justice - I was nervous beforehand about whether it would be worth the money when there are alternatives on the island. Let me reassure you - it is. 23 hours travel to a place you hope will be ok? Well, it was and better. A very warm and friendly welcome, nothing was too much trouble for the always smiling and friendly staff. Beautiful room with a large infinity pool outside the bedroom doors and a view across to the far islands.

Fantastic view from main pool area and restaurant. Great with the big family sized sun beds for keeping little one between us to play and enjoy the view. Good food in restaurant although a bit expensive. Rented scooter from place just outside resort to see more of the island - highly recommended. Nice to be able to go on tours from beach just in front of hotel.

We travelled to Phuket for the first time for our honeymoon, and although we were both anxious and excited, I can truly say we were blown away by our stay at Point Yamu. We can back on 27 October 2024 from this hotel and it was incredible. The staff were lovely and so accommodating and the facilities were amazing and the rooms were beyond anything we could imagine. The food - in particular Raitalay Terrace was delicious! The choices they had in particular for vegetarians were so great. Can’t wait to come back again here. Marriott's Phuket Beach Club is such a lovely place to stay. We stayed for 9 nights in January 2015, and it was a great relaxing getaway. The hotel sits on Mai Khao beach, where there are several stalls where you can get a massage, manicure or have your hair braided. It's a little bit off the beaten track, but the hotel offers a frequent shuttle service, and we hired scooters anyway. Beautifully quiet and peaceful, with a fabulous central tiered swimming pool. Our stay at Meliá Phuket Mai Khao was truly exceptional. After a very long flight, we were warmly welcomed by Sareena at reception, who did everything possible to ensure we could relax as quickly as possible.
