The staff at the resort are fabulous. Very personable and helpful - nothing was too much trouble. The food was fresh and delicious and the breakfast choice was very generous and also freshly cooked. Certainly the best resort on the island from what we experienced.

We had a perfect stay at Alanta Villa. The settings were absolutely beautiful & the staff couldn't have been more helpful. They provide full servicing of the villa each day if you require it- or you can arrange when it suits you, they also provide plates of fresh fruit & water for you daily, which was a lovely gesture. Great beach. Hotel is quite small but overall exceed our expectations. It’s pricey but worth it. The room is very comfy and big. We arrived at 1.30pm for check in but the room wasnt ready and will be delayed past the check in time so the staff let us wait by the restaurant and enjoy the complimentary food or drink. Great service.

The resort is nice and small and very private. We stayed in a front villas which are located almost on the beach. There is not much to do on the island so is a perfect place to relax and forget about everything. The resort food is reasonably priced and is very tasty and good quality. The breakfast is a buffet style but on our last few days there were not many guests but we could order from the card same options as the buffet.

First time visiting Koh Lanta and so pleased we stayed here!! Beautiful location, rooms clean and modern, breakfasts were delicious with excellent service, small pool we used everyday - would love to come back!!

We had a lovely stay here in our visit to Thailand recently. We stayed in a sea view delux villa and it was beautiful. The room had a big firm bed in the middle of the room with windows all along the front and right hand side. We also had a jacuzzi bath which was great fun with our 1 year old! The bathroom had a big shower and the maid came everyday and cleaned the room throughout. The air con was excellent which was great in the humid weather to cool us all down. The hotel is in a beautiful setting in an ideal location on this tiny island. It is really idyllic. The hotel is a little tired but the pricing reflects this. We had a very comfortable stay. The dive centre was also located here. Transfers were also easy as the drop off / collection point was at this hotel. The staff were very helpful.

When we arrived at Krabi our Taxi was there waiting. Our driver was very polite and informative. we was greated with refreshments etc. once at the resort it was just amazing, beautiful. The staff was so polite & helpful they greated us with refreshments it was smooth checking in & out. All around the resort was just AMAZING!! We would most definitely go back.

We had a lovely stay at Nirvana. Our room was beautiful and spacious, overlooking the beach. The staff were helpful and friendly. The pool is lovely and the swim up bar was great fun. There are paddleboards available for free use throughout the day. We organised a snorkelling trip and airport transfer through the hotel and they were very helpful with organising these. We also rented a scooter from the hotel which was a great way to see the island. Breakfast was tasty and in a beautiful setting...

Fantastic place. Lovely rooms..great staff..close to beach and Lanta Divers next door..only negative thing I could say is that it is a little difficult sometimes to get staff attention as they are always on thier phones..Otherwise 10/10.

I have been lucky enough to visit Thailand on many occasions, Cha-Ka-Chaw stands out as one of the best places I've had the pleasure of staying at, Da and all the team, from reception down to the chamber maids and not forgetting the gardener are so lovely,smiley and genuinely happy, nothing is too much trouble, they bend over backwards to help you enjoy your stay, the rooms and the grounds are impeccably kept the food and the overall ambience are spot on.......loved the stay at this resort and...

Paradise! The family garden villa was perfect for our family of four. An enormous emperor sized bed and two singles for the kids in two separate rooms. Two bathrooms and great air con. Restaurant has a great view. Pool nice - although very busy with little ones. The beach is quiet and peaceful with a few beach bars further up with good food.
