We stayed in 3 bedroom apartment with direct pool access. Staff very helpful and pool great. Plenty of food options on main road which is a 2 minute walk. Great banana pancakes for 30THB and 5 mins from 7/11

Nice stay

Nice apartments with all needed facilities, lovely pool and close to the beach. We had a nice stay here. Only a few things bothered us during the stay: The drain in the shower stank of sewage, which we told the reception. They sent someone to clean it, but it seemed that all he/she did was to pour some chemical into the drain. Didn’t help, so it kept smelling bad. But else, everything was great :)

Great for our family!

This is not a hotel it’s a self catering apartment. Ideal for our family trip: lovely pool, great location, lots of food and massage options, 7/11 nearby. Comfortable, clean and all kitchen essentials provided.

Staff were great. The unit was tired. It was also a very strange design with the third bedroom outside on the upstairs balcony. As two of our kids had to sleep out there, we couldn't lock the doors at night, and the door outside produced an incredibly loud metal-on-metal scraping sound. The "beach" closest to the property is all rock. I'd suggest staying somewhere else on Koh Lanta, and probably not long beach.

Wir waren im Townhouse und waren vollkommen zufrieden mit allem. Das Badezimmer der oberen Etage sowie ein Schlafzimmer waren nur über den Balkon zu erreichen das war ein wenig Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Die Mitarbeiter waren sehr zuvorkommend und haben versucht uns bei all unseren Fragen zu helfen.

Perfekta stället med närhet till Long Beach

Ett fantastiskt lägenhetshotell med mycket fina, välutrustade lägenheter. Vi bodde i en stor lägenhet i två plan med tre fina sovrum. AC i alla sovrum och på bottenvåningen. Pool-access innebär att vi hade tillgång till den stora poolen direkt från vår uteplats. På övre plan fanns en stor terrass med kvällssol. Rent och snyggt. Hotellet erbjuder restaurang med god frukost och en bred meny. Ca 150-200m till stranden (Long Beach) och den mycket mysiga strandrestaurangen Fat Turtle. Rekommenderar varmt detta hotell och vi kommer garanterat komma tillbaka hit.

Ihana, hyvin ilmastoitu hotelli ihan rannan tuntumassa! Ympärillä oli paljon ravintoloita. Rannalle kävellen noin 1-2 minuuttia. Aurinkotuoleja olisi voinut olla enemmän hotellin asukkaille.

Fint hus, superstort och trevliga utrymmen! Fin fräsch pool och skönt med direkt poolutgång. Bra väder. Dock inte mörkläggningsgardiner i alla sovrum men aircondition vilket verkligen var skönt! Bra god mat på restaurangen i anläggningen, rätt nära till stora vägen med fler restauranger och butiker MEN galen trafik och knappt någonstans att gå på bredvid vägen.. stranden ok men väldigt mkt sten så se upp när du går i! Relax Beach likaså, mkt sten och emellanåt livsfarligt att bada. Blev dock matförgiftad så blev liggande 1,5 dygn men medicin från apotek hjälpte rätt så snabbt! Ok läge men hade förväntat oss mer lugn, mys och bättre stränder!

Great place great location the two ladies at the office/restaurant are fantastic. My only complaint is the wifi not very good or reliable. We will definitely stay again when we return to Koh Lanta. Make sure you visit the fat turtle restaurant 100 meters down the beach best meal we had on our month long visit to Thailand

Familjehotell med direkt poolacess

Vi hade en marklägenheter med direktacess till poolen vilket kändes väldigt lyxigt. Visste inte att vi hade bokat en lägenhet men det hade vi visst gjort:) Bra att veta till nästa gång vi åker. I vårt rum (103) hade vi sol på terassen från ca kl 13 och fram till kl 17, sen går solen ner bakom husen. Men i poolen är det sol från tidig morgon. Ganska skönt med skugga på fm. I vårt rum var det en dubbelsäng i eget rum, våningssäng typ i hallen och en bäddsoffa i vardagsrummet. 4-5 pers kan man bo utan problem. Rummen på andra sidan poolen är större familjerum i etage. Tror man kan bo upp till 8-10 pers i dem. Bra restaurang på hotellet och även bra restauranger på huvudgatan precis i närheten. Kan verkligen rekommenderas. Flera familjer med barn i svenska skolan långtidshyrde här.

Vi var der hen over julen 2018. Fra start af var der problemer med bookinger. I vores papir stod der vi skulle have direkte adgang til pool, men vi fik en lejlighed på 1. Sal. Vi fik dog lov til at flytte til poolen i 3 nætter, hvorefter vi skulle flytte tilbage på 1. Sal. De ansatte virkede ikke til at have styr på deres opgaver og der var gang på gang misforståelser med bestillinger og regninger. Måske ikke lige det vi havde forventet til prisen

A good hostel rather than a 3 star hotel

Firstly, the staff were friendly and helpful which is always a big plus. Other than that our experience was dissappointing - the room was dated, we had to clean the couch to sit down in the living area and had to block the gaps in the door with towels to prevent more mosquitos getting in. The property is well located just a 2 minute walk to the beach, but there were plenty of other hotels nearby for the same price that I would choose next time.
