Exclusive beach villa of about 200 sqm on Malee Beach area with its own large lovely kidney shaped pool with integrated Jacuzzi, there is also a net for pool volleyball or beach tennis in the pool, outside shower and a sala at the shore. The villa includes 5 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a large well equipped kitchen with large dining area for 10 people.
Large terrace with sun loungers and two large wicker sofas in the shade where there is also cooling fans in the ceiling.

First floor:
Kitchen / living room, dining group , well equipped kitchen with fridge / freezer , stove (gas and electric), oven , microwave , dishwasher, coffee maker, toaster , fan and AC.
