"Shantaa Resort was very peaceful and serene. Bedrooms and bathrooms were great. Restaurant served amazing dinner and made to order breakfast buffets. Pool and beach were also great. Concierge was helpful and able to book us a driver for our 1 day island exploration. I would highly recommend Shantaa to anybody. "

The villa was spotless and fully equipped with everything we needed. The atmosphere was peaceful and perfect for relaxing. "Beautiful resort next to the beach. Everything is of high quality; from the rooms, breakfast (buffet style), amenities, to the pool and surrounding area. Staff is extremely helpful and friendly. The highlight of our stay was a little store nearby, called MateOasis. It’s a 7 minutes walk from the premise, but it’s so worth it. The food there is amongst the best I’ve tasted in Thailand ever. The owner is very friendly, kind and funny. She makes you feel like part of the family in no time. If you come to the resort, please do not forget to go and eat there (you can also order food from her to your hotel, but it’s nicer to go and interact at her place. At least we thought so)."

The resort is not cheap and you want privacy for your money. The staff is the best I have ever met in Thailand. I would definitely like to come back."
