Not my favorite place to stay on Koh Chang
Toilet had not been flushed and there was no drinking water in the room. When asked if the hotel could call a taxi thy did no, go wit for one on the street. Breakfast was horrid looking...

Nice small resort, good value for money
We stayed at Noren resort for one week and enjoyed there very much. The rooms are nice and comfortable, nice and clean swimming pool, good breakfast. The staff was friendly and helpful. Is a safe place suitable for families with small children. Highly recommended!

Friendly comfortable and convenient
Just got back from a relaxing time at Noren Resort. Martin, the owner was very welcoming and friendly as were all the staff we came across. A small well laid out complex with easy access to shops and nice swimming pool. We would definitely use again when back in Koh Chang.

Fantastic Service
Martin is very helpful and speaks excellent English. He will be glad to book your tourist activities and even airport transfers if needed. Very clean rooms/amenities, excellent service, value for money. Location not the best, but 5 min ride/tuktuk from many beaches and bars in either direction, therefor in a quiet area which is good in another way. Decent breakfast included also.

For people who want peace and quiet stay at Noren Resort. You won't regret it.
My girlfriend and I stayed three nights at Noren Resort on Ko Chang, Thailand and would recommend it for those who want a good night's sleep in safety and comfort. It is excellent for families, has a friendly, informative, attentive manager with a super staff. The pool is very clean, cool, and well-kept. The beds far exceed Asian standards--we slept very well. The breakfast which was included was very tasty and filling. The location should be attractive to those who want to be far enough away from the revelry of Hat Sai Kaew and not too close to the piers but close enough to enjoy the benefits of both. Public transportation to the beaches and all services is right out front of the hotel. It is a safe place to bring the kids who will love you for staying there. I intend to return to Ko Chang in the future with my wife-to-be and her children. And we want to stay at Noren Resort.

Looking forward to returning!
Amazing island and amazing place to stay! We booked the wrong date by accident, but were able to clear it up before we arrived with the resort. They went out of their way to fix our mistake. Martin, the owner, was truly helpful and a great source of information about Koh Chang. We will be staying there again on all of our vacations in S.E. Asia.

Goede locatie, strand ca 10 minuten lopen via een leuke route (via de blue lagoon) en genoeg eetgelegenheden, supermarkten, massagesalons op loopafstand langs de doorgaande weg. Lekker zwembad met ligstoelen en parasols en ontbijt naar keuze.

Très beau petit resort. Personnel très accueillant comme toujours en Thaïlande Bon petit déjeuner TB piscine où nous étions seuls pour en profiter Jolis bungalows TB équipés Vous aurez une surprise le matin Il y a des coqs qui chantent le matin chez le voisin , et en regardant de plus près le propriétaire des coqs était en train de les lustrer et de les caresser.Vraiment charmant !!!!!!! Bien placé près des restaurants Je vous le recommande vivement et nous reviendrons

Majoitus mutkan takana palveluista
Siisti resortti muutaman yön yöpymiseen. Huone oli siisti, ja aamiainen riittävä. Suosittelen varaamaan mukaan hyttyssavuja ja sisälle hyttyskarkoittimen, koska näitä ei ollut huoneessa. Emme ollut uima-altaalla, mutta se näytti siistiltä! Naapurin kukko bungalowimme takana piti aamulla meteliä, joten nukkuminen oli heikkoa. Sydämmellinen palvelu!!

For future guest we dont need mosquito net in bungalow because its closed everywere even toilet in window have net anyway if you open door of course some time mosquito can come in say to staff to spray if needed. Must be first time in over 10 years of open some bungalow have disturb other guest during sleep its a pure family hotel very peaceful and carm. So do not hesitate ask staff for help or if you have any issues we are there of course to help and provide as pleasant stay as possible for our guests. Honestly and sincere. Mr Martin. Resort zonder poespas.
Gemiddeld resort. Vriendelijk personeel. huisjes zijn niet heel ruim maar het voldoet. Helaas geen zitmogelijkheden binnen dus altijd op bed zitten/liggen. Ontbijt is ok qua kwaliteit. Helaas wel wat weinig variatie. Dicht bij restaurantjes, winkeltjes etc. Strand is op loopafstand.

Comme un petit village de bungalows au calme , l'accueil est très sympathique , pas de caution ,une ambiance décontracté qui change des ces hotel prétentieux bling bling,très propre ,mais n'oublions pas que c'est une île de jungle et parfois on peut croiser les insectes ou des salamandres ( c'est la nature ou alors on va à Disney )

Fantastisk sted
Det er anden gang vi bor på Noren og det er bare supert, smilende, venlig og hjælpsomt personale. Dejlig pool, god morgenmad og lækre bungalows. Vi kommer helt sikkert igen næste år.

Nettes Resort
In der Nebensaison (September) hat das Resort sehr wenig Besucher (wir waren bis zum Wochenende die einzigsten). Deswegen war es dort auch sehr ruhig, Z.B. am Swimmingpool oder im Essenssaal. Der Zimmerservice kam täglich und hat großzügig Hygieneartikel sowie eine 0,5l Wasserflasche pro Person. Jedoch war die Klimaanlage recht laut und hat geklappert, ansonsten waren die Zimmer ordentlich hergerichtet und bei Bezug sauber. Beim Frühstück konnte man sich sein Gericht in einem Menü aussuchen (war ziemlich lecker), Kaffee und Tee gab es bis 16 Uhr umsonst. Der Strand war einige Gehminuten entfernt, in der Nebensaison aber ziemlich dreckig und unordentlich. Von schönem Sandstrand und Entspannung auf dem Badetuch konnte nicht die Rede sein, aber dafür kann das Hotel ja nichts. Das Resort liegt auch ziemlich zentral an der Hauptstraße.

Saubere Bungalows in ungünstiger Lage
Die Bungalowanlage liegt direkt an der Hauptstraße und ist auf drei Seiten eingezäunt, so dass man zum Baden entweder mit dem hauseigenen Pool Vorlieb nehmen oder einen längeren Fußmarsch zum Strand einplanen muss. Die kleinen Bungalows sind sauber und gut ausgestattet: Dusche (keine Badewanne), Safe im Wandschrank, kostenloses WLAN (leider sehr schwach). Abzüge gibt's dafür, dass man zum Frühstück keinen richtigen Kaffee bekommt, sondern nur löslichen.

เรื่องอาหารเช้าไม่ดี วันแรกต้องรีบไปทริปดำน้ำ จึงไปรออาหารตั้งแต่ห้องอาหารเปิด แต่พนักงานบอกว่าไม่มีอาหารไทย อีกหนึ่งวัน ไปนั่งรอพนักงานก็ไม่เห็น ไปรับ order ฝรั่งก่อน เลยรู้สึกแย่ ว่าเขาบริการแต่ฝรั่ง คงไปพักแค่ครั้งเดียว

Ett sömnigt hotell i stort behov av uppdatering. När inte ägaren fanns på plats fanns det ingen som förstod ett enda ord engelska. Tyvärr är det nog så att både hotell och ägare har rotat sej godtroget och inte uppdaterat sej på väldigt länge. Frukosten under all kritik. Vi fick dessutom ingen info om att vi bara kunde välja ett alternativ på menyn till frukost, resten fick vi betala för. Eftersom vi bodde nära ett större hotell kunde vi låna deras strandsängar och pool. Vid Norens pool blev det stekhett. Dessutom var poolområdet ostädat och fallfärdigt. Trasiga plattor är ingen höjdare.

Fina bungalows med jättetrevlig svensk ägare. Rent och prydligt. Enda nackdelen är att man måste gå ca 4-500m till stranden där man passerar en gångbro. Vi har en barnvagn och det blev lite krångligt. Annars skulle det gå hur bra som helst.

Очень повезло, что выбрали этот маленький уютный отель! Абсолютное соотношение цены и качества. На территории тихо. чисто и комфортно, Спасибо хозяину отеля Мартину! В 10-15 мин ходьбы от отеля, можно покататься на слонах и сходить на лучший водопад на острове ( где обязательно нужно поплавать с маской в прохладной пресной воде) . До моря недалеко, на пляже брали каяк и ходили на близлежащие маленькие острова, Рекомендуем!

Får överbetyg bra service överlag fin bungalow. Måste jag klaga på något så var det väldigt dålig engelska på markpersonalen. Herr Noren prata både svenska och engelska så jag rekommenderar.

Har nästan bara positiva saker att säga. Supertrevlig ägare med extremt högt servicetänkande. Fint litet poolområde, bra läge i liten fin by. Det enda negativa var att sängarna var väldigt hårda (som på många andra ställen i Thailand, ska dock vara nya på gång).

Nous avons beaucoup aimé cet hôtel pour l'accueil , le calme, la qualité des bungalows et la fraîcheur de la piscine. Il suffit de marcher quelques minutes seulement pour aller à la plage, aux restaurants ou au salon de massage.Nous avons visité une bonne partie de l'île et l'hôtel est situé près d'une des plages parmi nos préférées, sur laquelle on peut se restaurer ou se faire masser également. Je conseille cette adresse dont l'emplacement permet une visite aisé aussi bien du Nord que du Sud de l'île en scooter.
