L'hotel de style resort n'est pas neuf mais est bien entretenu. Il y a des chambres d'hotel, et aussi des bungalows, dont certains sont contruits sur la falaise et offre une superbe vue de la mer. La chambre d'hotel est assez spacieuse et possede un balcon meuble. Le restaurant italien-thai, perche sur la falaise egalement, est tres bien : un tout petit peu cher, mais avec un large choix de plats. No tea or coffee facilities in the room. Nobody to help with your luggage lots of steps and steep slopes. The room I was in the curtains where very shabby and didn't do the job as they should. Signs in the room advising not to leave valuables in your room. But what are you supposed to do with them, take your laptop or tablet out with you? I have been to Thailand twelve times and this hotel is the worst budget hotel that I have stayed in. Terrible unfriendly reception staff. Rooms like what a prison cell might be, bare of any comfort items, poor beds and bedding materials. Room had stale musty smell. Recommend spending a little more for a better hotel. White Sands Beach is not the best Koh Chang location. Many better beaches and choice of hotels. Glad I only stayed two nights. It has its own walkway to the small pebble beach but you won't go swimming there. The most annoying part are insects and doors which have spaces wide enough for mosquitos (and of course small ants) to get in. WiFi connection could be better (sometimes tried switching to different networks and it was still poor). Air conditioning is pretty decent. The garden with bungalows is beautiful and views from the restaurant are very nice.
