About this property

Street View Condo | Walk to Knoxville’s Best

  • Summary:

Make downtown Knoxville your home base in this fourth-floor condo at The Emporium. With a king bedroom, a queen bedroom, and one separate bathroom, it’s a comfortable place to return to after a day in the city. Step outside for S Gay Street’s restaurants and theaters, wander to Market Square or the Old City, and enjoy the art gallery inside the building. A paid public parking lot is an easy walk from the condo.

    The Space:

Picture a slow morning above downtown Knoxville. Coffee in hand, you decide where the day will take you: the galleries and storefronts along S Gay Street, a long lunch in Market Square, or an evening in the Old City. From The Emporium, the pleasure is in being close enough to follow your curiosity.

We think a five-star stay is about how a place makes your trip feel. This fourth-floor condo gives up to four guests a comfortable place to come together, with two private bedrooms—one king and one queen—and a bathroom separate from both bedrooms. The community courtyard offers another place to pause before heading back into the city, while the art gallery inside The Emporium brings Knoxville’s creative side right to your doorstep.

Spend the day walking between the distinct parts of downtown. Dress for dinner, catch a show, stay out for one more drink, then return to a space that feels like your own address in the city.
