There are train tracks a block away. A sound machine is provided for guest use, if needed. There are also some great 8-10 hour sleep sounds available to play on your phone from the YouTube app that may better suit your tastes. There are 2 steps up onto the front porch. They have done wonderfully with everything. I would just recommend bringing your own water because fridge does not have a filter. I loved everything about the apartment. There was plenty of cookware and utensils to cook if you wanted to eat in. Everything was spotless! Best part about it is you’re 3 miles away from downtown Knoxville and only about 15-20 min to each side of Knoxville.
