Space Highlights: • Spacious Living: Our home comfortably accommodates up to 10 guests with four beautifully appointed bedrooms. Three of the bedrooms feature comfortable hybrid king mattresses, and the fourth bedroom has two twin beds with trundles, perfect for kids or additional guests. This room also includes a TV with gaming hub capability. All bedrooms are located upstairs, with the twin beds in a loft-style format. Each bedroom is appointed with smart TVs and an abundance of comfortable linens, blankets and pillows. • Pet-Friendly: Bring your furry friends along! Our home is designed to be welcoming for pets, with plenty of space for them to roam and play. Guest Access: Guests have full access to the entire home, including laundry facilities. We do have two locked owner's closets that we ask our guests please respect. Our home is equipped with a keyless entry system for your convenience and security. Neighborhood Overview: Northshore Choto is known for its upscale, tranquil environment and friendly community. Enjoy leisurely strolls through the neighborhood, take advantage of nearby parks and recreational areas, including The Cove, where they have water activities, including boat, kayak and paddle board rentals. Getting Around: While having a car is recommended to fully enjoy the area, ride-sharing services are readily available. The neighborhood’s central location provides easy access to major highways and public transportation options. Our home is just a short 20 minute drive to McGhee Tyson Airport, 25 minutes to Downtown Knoxville, and just 1 hour to Dollywood, known as the Disneyland of the South! Additional Information: • Check-In/Check-Out: Check-in is at 4 PM, and check-out is at 10 AM. Flexible times may be available upon request. • House Rules: No smoking inside the house.
