It is in a quiet culdesac and the neighbors were very nice. Southern hospitality at its best. 10-15 Minutes to downtown Convention center depending on the stop lights and time of day. Easy commute. The downstairs master is a huge plus, so anyone else with you can have the upstairs for extra privacy. Huge pantry, sunroom which was too hot, but that is just because it was hot! Kitchen is spacious. Ample parking. And lots of delivery choices on the food apps, if that is what you prefer. Very homey and well decorated and thought out. The house is very cute and conveniently located not too far from downtown. The description did not say anything but two bedrooms and a bathroom are upstairs (which mattered to our group). Our overall stay was fine but there were a couple of important amenities that were lacking (not enough hand towels, toilet paper, etc. for the number of guests in our party for the duration of our stay - and no extras to be found anywhere). The upstairs thermostat was tricky, one of the tvs upstairs did not work, and the mattress in the larger upstairs bedroom was very old and extremely uncomfortable. Small fixes would make a huge improvement to the property. Even with the issues we experienced, the host was responsive and I would consider staying here again (after they replace the upstairs mattress). ##### Suzanne R.
