The NC-12 bike path runs across our driveway, and walk/bike over to the Currituck Sound access. Fabulous restaurants and shopping in Duck and Kitty Hawk are a short bike ride or drive away.



Our cozy and thoughtfully-styled cottage features 4 bedrooms and 3 full baths. The Queen bdrm and King bdrm have private bathrooms with walk-in showers. The other Twin bdrms share a hallway bathroom with double sinks and bathtub/shower. The vintage kitchen includes everything for a family chef with a stainless steel GE refrigerator and dishwasher.



Perched on a half acre lot Tres Aguas OBX is set back from the street. The private, fenced in backyard includes a heated saltwater pool. A large private outdoor shower area allows all guests to enjoy the refreshing outdoors. Unlike other beach properties, the backyard is secluded and offers privacy.



Tres Aguas OBX is equipped for all mobile employees, with high-speed mesh WiFi connectivity with download speeds of 400mbps to handle streaming, gaming and Zooming all at once.



From the covered and screened-in front porch, the cottage opens up to a semi-open concept vintage kitchen, dining room, and serene family room with views of the private back yard and swimming pool. The space is perfect for multi-generational families (parents, grandparents, kids), retreats with friends, or two couples and four singles.
