Located in the Duck Landing community, this classic multi-family OBX vacation rental comes with access to a private beach, indoor community pool, fitness center, pickleball courts, and a clubhouse with a game room. Just a short stroll from Duck Town Park and the boardwalk, you're also within walking distance of local shops, restaurants, and spots like Roadside's Backside Bar for live music and evening cocktails.  
  
Inside, this multi-level home, with an elevator for easy access to all floors, has been refreshed with updated décor and quality furnishings throughout. The top floor welcomes you with a sunlit, open layout that includes vaulted ceilings, cozy seating, and space for the whole group to relax and reconnect. Cooking and cleanup are a breeze in the comfortable kitchen, complete with granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, and two dishwashers to handle family meals with ease. There's even a second laundry closet to make one-level living easy, too!  
  
From the ship's watch and upper decks, you can catch a glimpse of the ocean, while every level offers its own outdoor space to enjoy the breeze. Sip lemonade from the screened porch or catch a tan on the open top-level deck. The mid-level deck has a hot tub that overlooks the private pool and cabana area, or head downstairs to the second living space with a wet bar and TV, plus a garage ping pong setup keeps the fun going rain or shine.

Additional Amenity Details: Private Pools are open from May 2, 2025 until October 12, 2025 and May 1, 2026 until October 11, 2026. Pool heat is not an option for this property. Pets are not allowed in pools under any circumstances. An additional fee will be charged to the leaseholder for the chemical balance, cleaning, or damage that would cause the replacement of a vinyl pool liner. Hot tubs are available year-round. Community pools are open in-season only – exact dates must be confirmed by the property management company. Gas fireplaces are shut down from May 15 until September 15.  
  
All Outer Banks Blue properties provide bed linens and bath towels for a small fee added to every reservation. We provide 1 bath towel and washcloth per advertised occupant. We provide 1 hand towel and 1 bar of soap per bathroom sink. We also provide kitchen towels. Beds are made prior to your arrival, and we provide a starter supply of toilet paper, bathroom soap, paper towels, and dishwasher detergent.
