Welcome to Water’s Edge, your spacious Outer Banks retreat just a short walk from the beach within the Sea Dunes resort community in Kitty Hawk.

With three bedrooms and a comfortable, multi-level layout, this home is ideal for families or groups looking to relax, spread out, and enjoy easy beach days together.

Spend your days on the sand and your evenings unwinding in a space designed for simple, comfortable coastal living.

Beach gear, bikes, and full resort amenities (pool, hot tub, clubhouse, game room, pickleball/tennis, racquetball, and gym) are all included — plus local tips and responsive support from our OBX-based family, welcoming guests since 1973.

The layout makes it easy to gather as a group while still having space to unwind. The kitchen is fully equipped for meals at home, and the living area provides a comfortable place to relax after a day at the beach.

Downstairs, the garage serves as a well-equipped beach staging area with seating, gear, bikes, and space to get organized before heading out.

Located in the heart of Kitty Hawk, you’ll be just steps from the beach and close to local favorites, shops, and restaurants — everything you need for a classic Outer Banks stay.
Must adhere to resort rules posted in the unit, I can send you a copy on request. They are common-sense rules so that all in the community are happy!

Quiet time after 10PM

Up to 2 well behaved dogs are allowed for a $25 / night fee.

No Cats allowed.

No cooking curry or other heavily spiced dishes - we don`t have a spice kitchen and cannot remove the odor from heavily spiced cooking between guests - I will assess a $250 fee through the Resolution Center for the cost of odor removal.

Smoking on the deck permitted, but not inside.

No overcrowding - I will assess a $100 per night fee for each person over the maximum occupancy of 8 through the Airbnb resolution center.

Must be 25 years old to make a reservation.
