  • Welcome to Swink Cottage! Located in Southern Shores, this vacation home features an observation tower with panoramic ocean views. Getting to the beach is easy, just 40 yards via a direct deeded access.

    There's plenty of room for family and friends to make some unforgettable memories. The home has an open and airy floorplan with a large great room, dining area that seats ten, kitchen with breakfast bar and five bedrooms plus three baths. Cathedral ceilings with Casablanca fans. Ocean views from the main floors.

    Located in a quiet area with low traffic. Close to shopping, dining and many activities including the H2OBX waterpark, Corolla Wild Horses, Wright Brother Memorial and Jockey's Ridge State Park.
