Your family will love Turtle's Nest—a classic Kitty Hawk beach box with 4 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and plenty of Outer Banks charm! On top of the ocean views from your crow's nest, you'll also enjoy a short walk (5-minute/0.2-miles) to the nearest beach access on Balchen St. There are two driveways and a carport beneath each side of the home providing plenty of parking space. A small laundry room downstairs contains a washer and dryer. Before coming inside after a fun day of splashing in the waves, you can easily rinse off in the outdoor shower. Pick up a few burgers at the grocery store and throw them on the charcoal grill for an easy summer cookout! Walk into the spacious great room with comfortable furniture, nautical touches and plenty of natural light shining in through the large windows and sliding deck doors. The living area is situated around a 60” Large Screen TV/DVD making it easy for everyone to gather together for a family movie night. Both beginner and experienced chefs alike will appreciate the gourmet kitchen with beautiful white cabinets, black countertops, modern stainless-steel appliances, dual sinks and a wine cooler. The kitchen bar seats 3—perfect for a quick snack! When it comes time for a formal sit-down family dinner, there is additional seating in the adjoining dining area for 6-8\. The house was clean, bright, had ocean views from top deck and spacious for everyone to hang out or just relax. Communication was was great as well. Our home was ready early which made everyone extremely happy after driving for 8 hours. This was our family first trip to the Outer Banks. The property was centrally located to everything. We enjoyed the layout of the home and all of the outdoor space. Our family did find a quicker way to the beach. Once you exit the home you’re gonna wanna make a right and take the first left and there is a walkway next to the pink house for beach access. The only recommendation that I would have is to add a full length mirror maybe in the closet doorway. An upgraded grill would also be a great addition!!! ##### Jennifer Z.
