The staff is friendly and helpful. They have luggage transfer service, taqbin, to my next hotel (with a charge). When requested, they helped me to ask the other hotel if they can receive my luggage ahead of my check in. Their check in/out is also very foreigner friendly. You use a machine which can display in japanese english, chinese and korean to check in/out (with the staff help)

If you need a place to sleep near yhe train station at a value, but not too much more, this could be a place. Seemingly limited facilities and dining on the premises. But a nice breakfast included. There was rice, teri hamburger patties, chicken, pickled vegetables, Miso soup, cabbage salad, macaroni salad, fresh cherry tomatoes, kimpira, tea, coffee, juice, and water.

ツイン2部屋、家族4人で泊まりました。ビジネスホテルなので狭いのは仕方ないかと思いましたが、入口周辺にユニットバス、クローゼットの扉が集まっていて、出入りに不便を感じることがありました。清潔感はありました。ユニットバスも変な臭いなどもなかったです。 ベッドは、少し硬めでとてもよく眠れました！朝まで一度も目覚めることなく。家より寝られたホテルは始めてだと思います。 食事は地元のものもあって、スタッフの方も優しくて、お仕事で泊まる方は元気もらえるんじゃないかな、と思います。 東横INNが3つ近くに集中しているので、間違ってはじめに違うところへ行きました…。東横INNの看板横にも、詳細な名称を表示できないかな、と思ってしまいました。地図アプリとかでちゃんと見てれば普通に行けるとは思いますが。

小倉駅周辺に3か所あり、間違ってしまいましたが、駐車場係のスタッフの方が丁寧に対応して下さいました。感謝。 ホテルの部屋はコンパクトでしたが近隣のホテルと比べても低価格だと思います。 テレビでNetflixが見れた事が何より、嬉しかったです😊 心地良くて過ごす事が出来ました。
