"Really nice place to stay great free breakfast with automatic pancake maker nice bar which is reasonably priced staff are very friendly and helpful great late check out at 1200 for free right next to the station only fault 1 of the 2 lifts is awaiting repair (part on order) Really good value 100 yards from the train station and bus station Hull has lots to offer will visit again.. I will visit again "

"This hotel never disappoints From easy check in (with helpful and friendly staff on hand) to excellent rooms all clean and spotlessly tidy, breakfast is amazing, with plenty of tasty choices and hot food all cooked well."

"The staff were cheerful and helpful. Breakfast was good, as were the sandwiches we had the night before. It is a cheap hotel so you could forgive some maintenance issues such as some bubbling of paint. However, the desk in our room had had the edging damaged along over a metre of the front. This exposed the chipboard it was made from and so there was a risk of splinters. We would, however, stay here again."

"Nothing at all wrong with the hotel. Clean, nice views of garden, huge bed. It was the noise of the other guests that kept me awake after deciding that 11:30 at night was the best time to have a loud pointless conversation on the landing. Hotel was fine and i had no issues with it. Staff are very helpful and polite. Would stay with them again if i have to."
