This is a deceptively spacious house located along the famous Fife Coastal Path and surrounded by history. A great base for exploring this part of Scotland. Decorated throughout in 2021 with comfortable furnishings, this property offers a home from home feel. A hidden wee gem with its large lounge, separate dining room, downstairs shower room and galley style welll-equipped kitchen. It has a bright hallway leading to the three bedrooms upstairs and family bathroom. Wake up to a view of the sea from the two front bedrooms. Enjoy the 100ft long garden which is mainly all raised beds. There is a patio area for relaxing in the summer, towards the bottom of the property, and a small lawned area at the top of the garden where you can catch the sun in the evening. There are lots of places to visit, all within a reasonable drive away, and lots of lovely places to walk straight from the door. The local beach and parks are fantastic. The garden is great for the dogs. If I had to give a negative,it would be that the property is in a really disadvantage area of town, which is not apparent from any of the photos or descriptions . I don't think this took anything away from our stay and would not hesitate to recommend this property to friends and family. ##### libby s.
