Welcome to our recently and lovingly renovated timber-framed house. While the exterior preserves its historic charm, the interior impresses with modern amenities, high-quality materials, and stylish furnishings. Nestled in the idyllic landscape of Benolpe, the holiday home is surrounded by forests, meadows, and an old orchard—a perfect place to arrive, breathe, and unwind.



The house accommodates up to 6 guests and features three cozy bedrooms, each with a 1.60 m double bed and real wood flooring. A modern bathroom on the first floor offers a walk-in rain shower and double sinks, complemented by a separate guest toilet on the ground floor. All living areas have underfloor heating, and on cooler days, the wood-burning stove creates a particularly cozy atmosphere.



The kitchen is fully equipped with a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, stove, coffee maker, kettle, and toaster—ideal for cooking together. Washing machine, dryer, and ironing facilities are also available. Wi-Fi is accessible throughout the house. One bedroom has a 55-inch TV, and the living area features a 32-inch TV.



A special highlight is the spacious terrace with dining table, lounge area, grill, and sun umbrella—perfect for long summer evenings with a view of the greenery. The location makes the house an ideal base for hiking, e-mountain biking, and nature experiences. In winter, the nearest ski lift is about 15 minutes away by car, and the region is also perfect for cross-country skiing.



Bakery, supermarket, post office, pizzeria, snack bar, and the train station are in Welschen-Ennest, 3 km away, and easily reached by bike.
