A few tea bags etc would be nice for overnight guests . Also a bit more attention to cleaning the bottom rows of tiles opposite the toilet is needed."

"Enjoyed a lovely stay in Batemans Bay at this well situated accommodation . Shops, restaurants, cinemas and river walk were a stones throw away . A great place to stay when you want to park the car and just leave it. Easy parking, great spa bath, lovely tranquil views, comfy bed. We have stayed twice now and will stay again"
