"We stayed at Kanso rooms for the second time during our trip to Crete, and once again it exceeded our expectations. The hotel is truly exceptional — everything is very well maintained, the atmosphere is relaxing, very peaceful, and the hospitality of the staff made us feel genuinely welcome throughout our stay. The location is also very convenient, with the nearest beach only about a 10-minute walk away. It was the perfect place to enjoy our holiday, and we would happily return again in the future. "Everything was good but the view of the room. We were supposed to have a garden view and actually our view was overlooking to some plants in the pots and lots of air conditionings on the roof of the hotel . It was a little bit disappointing "

"Staff were all lovely, so helpful and were the highlight of the stay. Due to lack of staff being on roster we weren’t able to book the spa over the weekend. Our room was quite worn and in the bath room quite grubby. Just felt a like the place was a little run down. "
