"Fold out sofa bed in a 4-5 person room was absolutely impossible to classify as a bed. Back ruined. Didn't seem to be noted when mentioned at checkout. If you see sofa bed, don't book here if you need it to sleep. Otherwise hotel is great and room was excellent. "

Also,our door lock needed repair (the maintenance guy there was top notch and saved the day by fixing our door). Aside from our check in woes this is a very nice place to stay and will probably stay here again."
