"Parking not included, bad start. Dated room even though it was a premium room (a £17 upgrade), the beds were like actual bricks - so uncomfortable. Reception later informed me the only difference with the premium room is you get a coffee machine and a fridge. I couldnt believe what I was hearing, absolute CON... Breakfast selection was shocking and the eggs/hasbrowns etc were stone cold by half 9. Plenty items finished and not replenished in the 30 mins we were there. The only good points were the pool and sauna facilities are decent and the receptionist on check in was lovely. Over 100 pounds spent though so absolutely no value for money."

"Room very clean, spa relaxing and breakfast superb. The wait for our dinner was unacceptable. We sat down just before 8pm and after asking twice where our food was it arrived at 9:15pm. To be fair the drinks bill was reduced to nil as a goodwill feature due to the delay. The staff in the dining room were very good. Also if you have an EV you may not get access to the charger as there was only one. It does say in the promotions info that there are 10 in total but they are in the main for the PJ events. Disappointing and I had to go elsewhere to charge my car. Overall a good experience."

"The hotel is showing signs of wear and tear. My biggest disappointments were how much the hotel breakfast was……its not wort it. Also the fact that nobody serviced my room during my stay? If you are charging premium prices, you need to up your game. "
