Service was poor - over a 10-day stay, my room was not made-up when I returned on some days (after 5 PM on two days and after 8 PM on another). I had to call the front desk and request housekeeping. The front desk was not particularly friendly. The room was fine, but next time I will look to stay elsewhere in Fulton Market.

The Kinsey is beautiful and clean. The added amenities of f breakfast and evening happy hour are a plus!! Friendly, helpful staff make guests feel welcome. We’ll be back!!
