This is an adorable inn located a very short walking distance from downtown Kingston. The rooms are beautifully maintained and still have a lot historical charm to them. The room comes with parking but there are plenty of good restaurants and stores within walking distance. The hosts are helpful and responsive. Everything is well labeled and maintained. We had a lovely time and hope the come back soon.

Beautiful and comfortable room in a lovely historic building. So conveniently located in the stockade district. Easy parking. Great shops, restaurants, and bars. I look forward to visiting again and booking a room.

It is an old house, don’t go in with high expectations of a 5 star hotel. The bed was comfortable, ease of getting in and out of house was easy. The lady was so nice I hate rating place so badly. I swear the bathroom had a mold smell. The driveway is quite steep and only a small amount of spots to park in. The yard needs cleaned up. Debris and old parts everywhere. The front doesn’t look like the actual pictures ( think some AI was used). My family stayed there also and did think there was a mildew smell also in their unit. Would I pay those prices to stay there again? Absolutely not.

We had just one night, but felt it to be a true homebase for a visit. First, of note, was the very (!) comfortable bed , thoughtful amenities --including a TV with streaming subscriptions all loaded. along with added space to settle in the sitting room which had a fridge and freezer. The centrality of this charming historic property --within easy walking distance of sites, restaurants, book store and shops--was of importance to us. We felt free to use it as a base to explore the city of Kingston and then venture out to sites beyond it. Hope to return.

Very nice apartment with all we needed for one night. Hosts met us on arrival and helped us with luggage to our room. Found a great place to park on John Street just a short distance from the front door. Loved the art work on the walls-a nice added touch.

The room was adequate and spacious. The owners were readily available and helpful. The location is very convenient. The house is more run down than the pictures show. There is parking but the driveway is very narrow and steep.

The place is lovely and in a great location. We had a wonderful time. Only downside was small. It was very warm i. The bedroom overnight and we cure to figure out how to adjust it. The thermostat I. The hall would only go down to 70. We made it work and will return.

Charming Historic Stay

Adorable and charming historic place in upper Kingston. The location was great for walking to restaurants for evenings out without needing to drive. Will definitely be staying here again on our next visit!

The property is an old historic home. The hosts have done a nice job making it into a quaint inn feeling place. Our rooms were lovely. High ceilings lots of neat historic detail, floor to ceiling windows. The bath was basic but shower was good and great towels. Biggest asset is the great walkable location to restaurants etc. we had a quick but enjoyable stay
