This is a rare find in New Hampshire! Clean, Spacious, Great Design! Backyard shared with other side of duplex, outdoor table, fire pit. Free Parking. Nearby: Kingston Lake, 2 mi Zorvino Vineyards 6 mi Granit Rose 4 mi Pawtuckaway State Park, 10 mi Am Independence Museum, Exeter 10 mi Am Stonehenge, Salem 10 mi Hampton Beach, 17 mi UNH 22 mi Canoe Lake Park, 20 mi Portsmouth, 26 mi This is a duplex. This listing is 17A- the right side of the duplex. Garage is not available. Parking for 2 vehicles- please let us know if you have a large vehicle (RV, Boat..etc) Non-smoking property -no smoking- cleaning cost for evidence of smoking = $300. This is a brand new home. The water is special treated due to high iron. Water may be burnt orange color at times, if dark-please report to host. We recommend drinking bottled water. Garage and cellar are not available to the guests. No parties allowed. The space is open flow concept downstairs with a lovely bar area, luxury recliner couches, and a few Roku TVs. Upstairs has 3 bedrooms- 1st = KING; 2nd = 2 Twins; and 3rs = 1 Queen We aim to provide an incredibly clean and sanitized home for a great stay in Kingston. Please take care of our brand new home!
