This modern studio condo is situated on the 5th floor of a 24-hour security gated complex across from the National Stadium. It has awesome mountain & harbour views but more so views into the National Stadium. The complex is health-based, so there is access to a tennis court, gym and jogging trail with a convenience store on site. It's 20 mins from the Airport and close proximity to Liguanea, New Kingston & Half Way Tree with shopping centres, grocery stores & fine dining restaurants.

Lovely views, convenient location, couple improvements needed

I booked this fairly quickly thanks to the responsive property manager. I was however routed to another property management website off of VRBO which was unexpected. Check-in at guard gate had a minor delay but I wasn't roaming so didn't read all the instructions. However, it'd have been great if the guard had just shared that he already had my name on a guest list. Inconvenient to have to ring a doorbell and call the guard every time one wants to get in and out of the building, only one elevator was working for a very large high-rise community and you remain required to use the visitor gate (no gate access remote) irrespective of your stay duration. The apartment was fairly clean however, there were hairs (not mine) all over the floor, in the bed sheets and on the carpet which doesn't seem to have been vacuumed. One of the kitchen pots is unstable and the handle conducts heat. Location is super convenient to get quickly to New Kingston, supermarkets and the national stadium is across the street. Kitchen amenities are good. You have daylight and beautiful views of Beverly Hills to the east and Kingston Harbor to the south. Property manager responds in a reasonable amount of time and was flexible in accommodating my late checkout request. Unit not 100% as pictured as extra orange chair and cushions were not in the apartment. Perhaps consider providing shelving in the closet and also face towels as there were only bath towels and wash rags. Appreciated the touch of a hamper.

Location was perfect, and the host was very helpful when contacted. The place was clean and everything in working order. I really enjoyed my stay and will definitely be returning and will recommend to friends.
