"We stayed here for several nights while on vacation. Wonderful, peaceful, and clean place! The hosts couldn’t be better, we had a late flight and issues with a rental car and they were very understanding and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!"

"Host double booked the property. We arrived at the VRBO to find it occupied. The current occupant and myself both contacted the host who told me "Oops, I messed up and didn't update the system when it was rented on another platform." Host asked me to cancel the reservation and when I stated I couldn't, she told me that she would alter the reservation so she could cancel it. No repercussions for her, but I was left without lodging and had to alter my families planned vacation by finding a hotel. (We wasted hours travelling to the VRBO that we had properly rented, then wasted another hour to find a hotel that would take pets and finally had to disrupt the next day's plan, due to her error.) I would NOT trust this host. She ruined our couple of days in Clermont with her error. Additionally, her lack of accountability came across as smug and demeaning."
