Ended up with three members of staff in the room being shown how to use it. No instructions for how to turn on the power to operate the spa bath, it was hidden inside a cupboard. No chef available so restaurant was closed. Bathroom windowsill was full of dead bugs. The bed posts were full of dust. Pool was not in operation and in a terrible state. Paying $460 for 1 night I expected better."
