The lobby is very grand, and the room had good character and felt comfortable. I didn’t need much assistance from staff, but when I did interact with them they were helpful and pleasant. Minor downsides were small details like no bathrobes, and only one glass and one pair of slippers in the room. The spa area, however, was excellent and a real highlight. Breakfast was okay. As long as you’re not expecting the best hotel in Amman, it’s a very good option. I wouldn’t consider it a modern Western 5-star hotel, but the price reflects that, so overall it’s fair value and I’d still give the stay a 5-star review."
