"Great place to stay. The breakfast was delicious with many different dishes and fresh fruits. Staff are very helpful, friendly and accommodating. Definitely recommend this place for anyone."
"This is genuinely one of the best, most beautiful hotels I've stayed in. The attention to detail was impeccable.
We stayed in 5-star hotels across Santorini, Naxos, and Milos this trip. Milos is small enough to see in a few days, but we wished we'd stayed here longer just because of this hotel.
We arrived at night after a late ferry. As we walked up the hill with our bags, two staff rushed over to help. Check-in was smooth, and our bags were brought to the room with no expectation of a tip (I gave one anyway). Staff walked us to our room, explained the amenities, and left a welcome treat that reappeared each evening.
The rooms are remarkable: comfortable beds, beautiful decor, and sliding doors opening to a private patio pool. The main pool is a gorgeous, modern infinity pool with a classic Cycladic feel. When I looked for pool towels, staff found me first and said they were on the way.
We almost skipped our nonrefundable $430 excursion just to stay at the hotel longer. That's how good it was. We returned early instead.
Checkout was just as easy. Staff called the night before to arrange details, and even with my own car, someone still came the next morning, collected my bags, and loaded them into my car himself. They also packed breakfast to go, at no extra cost.
The only downside is getting there: 20 minutes from the main part of the island, up a steep dirt road, with unreliable GPS. Drive in daylight, go slowly, and follow the signs marked "Erema" and you'll be fine."
"Very nice little apartment with free parking. Close to many things by car and had a gas station right next to it. Very clean, and had many amenities (towels, shampoos, hair drier, stove, pots,…). Would recommend!"
"Newly renovated hotel located right in the port. Incredibly convenient for ferries (even the very early morning departure) and rental car pickup. Breakfast was great and the team on site was incredibly helpful, friendly, and thoughtful! Free city parking was right around the corner. Can't recommend enough!"
"The most amazing experience! I cannot say enough good things about the property, the staff, the location. Absolute gem. I would recommend booking your transportation rental before heading to the property so you can get around swiftly but it was so close to the ferry port that even an uber/taxi was so easy to book. 1000/10 service and quality."
"His property was impeccable, so very clean. They always made sure I had plenty of espresso, coffee, water, etc. they were so helpful and informative truly beautiful people, Moriah and Althena went truly above and beyond. I highly recommend this property. Also, the location is perfect away from the crowds a little bit, but 10 minute walk to fantastic dinners on the water steps from what seems like a private stretched out beach with incredible interesting places to sparkle or sunbath virtually felt like I had it to myself when literally a 10 minute walk the beaches were quite crowded."
