Loved this property. Had a bed and breakfast feel with helpful and friendly staff and a delicious breakfast that was delivered to our room every morning. I can't say enough about how wonderful it was to make this place our home for 5 days. From the warm welcome at check-in to the daily breakfast drop-offs, it was such a pleasure staying here. The staff were extremely attentive to any needs we had and the rooms were beautiful. Location was perfect and they had a private lot to park our rental car. Can't say enough good things about our stay! The staff were so friendly and did everything they could to make our stay perfect. The breakfast is delicious with so many options to choose from. Housekeeping came daily and it was so nice to come back to a spotless room with fresh towels. Our room was spacious and modern, and the included toiletries were so nice. Very convenient location near the port with a supermarket just down the street and so many good restaurants within walking distance. The onsite parking was convenient too. Very close to the port a short walk with luggage no problem. The staff is so friendly and helpful, they would not allow us to help with luggage. Debbie was so sweet and helpful. There is a bakery that is right across from the room which had American coffee which is a must for my wife and I. LOL. We felt very comfortable with allowing the cleaning staff to come in our room. Maria (housekeeper) was the best and so sweet and took very good care of us.

An easy walk from the port which was very convenient with a toddler. The room was spacious, clean, and great place to relax and cool down after walking around the town. There is also so much dining and shopping in the area. My only note is that the shower temperature and water pressure in our suite was finicky. Most of the time we would get a minute or so of hot water and then it would be semi warm. It was pretty hot in early June so this may not be an issue but I personally love a hot shower.

The room was big, nice, and clean. The staff were really nice and helpful, communicating through whatsapp is a plus. The shower does not have a shower head, only faucet and handheld. If staying here, I recommend sitting on the floor 1st to wash your hair, then handheld part for the body 2nd. The blankets are thin, so we had to turn the heat up. Also, watch out for mosquitos and gnats that get in. Everything else was good.
