It was3 flights up. The tiny bathroom with shower, the floor was flooded when arrived and could not get a plumber in before we left. No drawers in that room and 3 hangars in closet. Key pickup instructions were for old holder which had been replaced and did not relate. Could not get key code until 3 pm or up to 45 pound charge for any earlier. 20 pound non refundable fee added the day before for damage or a 200 pound refundable fee .
