Designed for both comfort and relaxation, the main level features an inviting living room with a cozy wood-burning fireplace, a queen sleeper sofa, and a 50-inch Smart TV, perfect for unwinding after a day on the mountain. The fully equipped kitchen includes a gas stove, microwave, dishwasher, toaster oven, coffee maker, and everything needed to prepare meals during your stay. The dining area comfortably seats six, while a washer and dryer and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi provide all the conveniences of home. The primary bedroom features a king bed and a 32-inch TV with VCR, while the second bedroom offers a queen bed and an attached ensuite bathroom complete with a relaxing whirlpool tub. The loft provides additional living space with another queen sleeper sofa, making it ideal for extra guests or a quiet place to unwind. As a guest of The Woods Resort & Spa, you'll enjoy complimentary access to the indoor pool, hot tub, fitness center, steam room, and sauna. For an additional fee, indulge in massages, facials, and body treatments at the full-service European spa. During the summer months, guests also have access to three beautifully maintained clay tennis courts located just outside the clubhouse. Things to keep in mind: • Our property has a no-smoking policy. No smoking of any kind is allowed. There could be an additional cleaning fee if smoking in the unit. • Our property is not pet-friendly. Additional housekeeping fees could apply if unauthorized pets are found in the property. • Pool towels for the sports center are located in your Condo. • Minimum of 24 years of age to rent this condo. • The Woods Amenity Center at the condo complex is a short walk away and features an indoor pool, sauna, hot tub, gym, and spa. Hours vary by season. Use of the Sports Center is included in your stay; however, Spa services are additional by appointment only. To book your appointment • Guest Registration Policy - At Woods Resort & Spa, it is essential to provide an accurate number of guests when making a reservation. Please ensure that the correct amount of guests is signed in to facilitate a smooth check-in process. • A $500 security deposit is required on the morning of arrival. Please review our policy page and house rules for additional details regarding the security deposit. • There is no shuttle service available from this property. Guests will need their own transportation. • A vehicle is necessary for getting to restaurants, shops, and around Killington. This property is not considered walkable to town.
