If this unit is booked, please try similar units Apt 2B or Apt 3C in the same building. The building is a historical landmark known as The Dog built in 1903 with modern electrical, plumbing, heating and cooling. This is a comfortable well lit studio. The boat slip is across the street and can accommodate up to a 20ft boat. We have completely renovated the building and furnished the units with modern appliances. Come work remote, enjoy the lake, relax and have fun. The space Apt 2A is a studio unit on the second floor of The Dog in Lake Bomoseen. There is a fold down couch bed and a pull out twin size bed. An intercom video door entry is available to allow guests entry in the main door. Guest access The floor has a small 2-person balcony shared by the three apartments on the floor. The boat docks are across the street. The "Dog" bar/ restaurant is open in summer. Sorry, no pets. Other things to note There is not an elevator. The historic building is not ADA accessible. So glad we did. Nice little area where we couldtakr a walk down along the water, they have a basketball hoop out back we used as well. we spend very little time in the room, vut while there it was very clean.
