"We are a family of 4 who spent 3 nights at this facility. We were outdoors most of the day and only used it to sleep in the night. We also didn’t cook although the facility has a kitchen. The pros - perfect location and decent size for a family. A number of restaurants are in walkable distance. The cons - the wifi/ internet never worked. The parking was a bit weird and tight. Most of the spaces were filled up and extreme caution is required to park in the corner spots. Lastly, the beds were soft and we didn’t get much sleep."

"'Thermal suite' was a sauna and a steam room with basically no steam. One of the worst thermal suites i have been in. The hotel is clearly not maintained to a 5 star standard. Very disappointed. No proper bar in the hotel either, which was very strange. You could get a drink at your dinner table. The room was very nice and clean however. Again, this is a decent 4 star hotel at best, but charging 5 star prices. Won't be returning. "

"Loved the location, right when you walk out you have all the lovely shops and pubs. Parking was relatively easy, we parked at the pay lot across th street. Clean pool facilities and great staff"

"Great front of house staff and very friendly too. The bathroom was unfortunately very dirty. Dirt all over the door and the ceiling full of dead flies. Apart from that the hotel itself is good and the food is delicious."
