Situated on the outskirts of town, these properties are ideal for someone who wants to be near bars and restaurants, while still being located in a quiet residential area. These houses provide 6 people with spacious accommodation and have the added benefit of private parking and patio areas with out door seating.

Ardmullen is a small architect designed residential development of 33 beautiful homes, located on the famous Ring of Kerry road on the quiet outskirts of Kenmare town and just a brisk walk from the town centre along a safe footpath serviced by public lighting. Kenmare being a thriving town in rural setting, Ardmullen has all amenities and services close at hand but enjoys a quality of life that is synonymous with the countryside. This private development stands on 4.5 acres of elevated ground and incorporates extensive landscaped green areas, complimenting the pastoral surrounds.

Your Home away from Home

The Ardmullen properties are generously proportioned two-storey homes which boast 3 spacious bedrooms (1 master en-suite, 1 double, 1 twin), comfortably sleeping up to 6 guests. Further accommodation includes a lounge with open fireplace and a large fully equipped kitchen with open plan dining area. All rooms are beautifully and stylishly decorated and are cheerfully bright, with lots of natural light and high quality furnishings. Naturally, bed linen and hotel quality towels are provided for your use. Central heating keeps you snug and warm, and the open fire can be used to create an even more comfortable atmosphere. There is satellite television in the lounge.

Please note that for the benefit of all guests, these are non-smoking houses. Outside, the homes avails of safe off-street parking and at the rear there is a patio area with garden furniture and barbeque. Children in your party will be delighted with the large communal green area well away from the public road, which is perfect for kicking around a ball or enjoying a game of badminton after a day's touring

This property exceeded our expectations

Lovely house, very clean and bright and location suited us perfectly. Clear instructions given for use of heating/hot water etc. Outdoor furniture could do with a lick of paint & one chair seat was broken. Otherwise excellent and we would hope to stay again in the future.

Great!

Our third year coming to Kenmare - group of 5 families in 5 houses and hopefully we will continue to do so. The houses are very well located approx 10/15 minute walk to the town and in a small and quiet development. Clean, very spacious and very well equipped, the houses are extremely comfortable. I highly recommend.

Perfect base to explore Beara/ ring of kerry

Stayed at ardmullen for 7 nights in July , 2019 with two young children (5&8). It was a prefect base with loads to do with the children, a short stroll from the swimming pool in Kenmare bay which we used a couple of times. Loads to do around Kenmare without the chaos of the larger Killarney. We have stayed in rentals before where the furnishings and beds weren’t great quality but this house has good quality furnishings. It represented good value for money compared to other houses we rented in the past. We will be back, no problem recommending this accommodation. Thanks Jer and team for a hassle free holiday rental.

Nice home with plenty of room. Washer/dryer bonus as we were travelling in carry ons. Excellent location for touring Ring of Kerry and Dingle Peninsula. Kenmare nice little town, host was lovely and responded immediately when needed. Easy access to house with excellent instructions.

Had a very enjoyable 3 week stay in ardmullen with 3 children . House is spacious and very well equipped and highchair and cot were provided which was great. The garden and green was also a lifesaver as the children had plenty of options to play. Its walking distance from the town and the children had loads to do with horseriding and kyaking available within a 5 min drive. The kenmare bay hotel also has a pay per use option which is only a stones throw from the property. A hot water switch broke during our stay and was replaced within hours thankyou jer amazing customer service!

is echt een prima woning op loopafstand van het gezellige centrum. aan alles is gedacht! het enige minpunt dat ik heb is de matige wifi. bij aankomst is de communicatie niet optimaal waardoor we zelf moesten gaan zoeken waar we de sleutel konden halen.

Had a great time, the house was lovely and about 15 minutes walk from town. Really quiet area and all the rooms were bright and spacious. Only negatives were that we would have liked more mugs, bowls etc we only had a few of each also travel cot was well used and a bit rickety so we ended up using our own. Overall we had a great stay.
