Centrally located, you are close to all the must see's while on your getaway in the OBX! Launch your kayak or stand-up paddle board from the property. You'll be neighbors with some of the most popular property rentals like Sunset Sanctuary, and just around the corner from Scouts Harbor, and Sunset View, making it the perfect hub if you're traveling with family or friends staying nearby. Large open concept living room and kitchen. Sun porch offers those beautiful sights of the Canal/Sound as well! Deck off of sun porch is a PERFECT way to enjoy the sunsets with a nice glass of your favorite beverage! Go up one level of inside stairs to the Master bedroom with attached ensuite with a private tub with more views of the Canal/Sound & shower with heat lamp.
