Unit 508 can accommodate up to 4 guests. An elevator is available for easy access. The kitchen is remodeled and features custom cabinets and granite countertops. In the living room, you will find counter seating, a dining area for four, and a sofa sleeper, perfect for additional guests. It was certainly a perfect stay--fine condo. very well furnished kitchen. Great floor plan. Overlooking beach. Away from the croud. Couple of house-keeping items. Small run in carpet near lanai. Screen door sticky. Ceiling fan missing pull-chain; couldn't change speed or turn off. We'll definitely check availablity next time on Maui. ##### Charles B. This was our first trip to Maui, and I wanted to be AT the ocean, not just have an ocean "view." This condo is perfect for that...the ocean is literally just outside! We have an expansive view up and down the coast, and have lovely sunsets. The condo is at the north end of Kihei, so it's quiet, and we have quick access to the highway to get to other towns. The beach is great for walking and not crowded, and the farmer's market across the street has some great goodies. The bed is comfortable, the linens are high-quality...all-in-all it's a great place to stay. ##### Barbara H. This was our first visit to Maui and we can't wait to come back. We loved this location because it was quiet, pretty central, and the bay was calm. We went paddle boarding and snorkeling right outside our door every morning. The condo itself was surprisingly spacious. Any issues were handled quickly (the TV wasn't working right away and some old ladies got crabby with us about paddle board storage but, like I said, the staff was so great and solved the problems right away). It's a great location to be with kids because of the calm water. All of the other beaches we visited had much bigger wave action and would be difficult with small children.
