Beautifully renovated and in a great spot.The AC worked well and we appreciated fans to keep air circulating. Everything was clean and ready for us on arrival, and we really appreciated the children's dishes (especially the bowls with built-in straws!) and air mattresses. A couple of notes: the toilet requires a bit of a trick to flush (holding the handle down a few seconds), and the lockbox was difficult to use. Just a few steps away you can walk a beautiful beach or spend your time at the pool which is right next to the ocean. This is my 3rd stay in this unit and my favorite of all other Ekahi stays (though they were nice too!). It's private, quiet, easy access to the pool and beach and very casual, comfortable. The Hawaiian quilt bedspread is a gorgeous work of art. All the basics are included to make it easy to relax on the lanai, adventure out, and enjoy the area. ##### Kimberly m. It is tastefully furnished, with everything we needed. Lanai is pretty private. While it only has a little pocket view of the ocean, it's close to the beach so you can hear the sea at night. We never needed to use the AC, instead just left windows open to let the breezes blow through. Wonderful facilities, including BBQ, are close by, an easy walk. Fully updated condo minutes walk from the pool and beach fully stocked with everything you’ll need for a great beach vacation. Only complaints were for the price per night was dissappointed in window style AC which was fairly loud along.with a slightly hard bed with overstuffed pillows. None of these were dealbreakers and I would book again we had a wonderful stay and loved the condo. ##### Dane B. Amazing. Location location location. The unit is perfect for 2 adults and 2 small children. It has all you need for a beach vacation. Walking 1 Minute to one of the most beautiful beaches and to the Wilea area. Stop by Safeway before you check in, cook breakfast, enjoy beach and pools and then go out for dinner . The perfect spot. The kitchen was well equipped for preparing meals with plenty of dishes for our use. An ocean view from the kitchen and a short walk to the pool and beach made this an ideal location to enjoy all the amenities that the resort provides. We have stayed in the complex before several times but never as close as this unit. The furniture, new carpet and washer dryer units were lovely and just as shown. King bed is comfy and all artwork is lovely throughout the home. Only complaint would be to have a larger table on the lanai to accommodate four for dinner as friends were also staying in Ekahi. Also more plastic plates and platters to enable taking dishes to pool area for bbq. We had good plastic glassware/cups. All in all, great unit! ##### Don K. You very much appreciate the proximity when you see other guests trudging up the hill with their gear. The condo has everything you need for the beach, and the kitchen is well equipped. Tv and internet worked seamlessly. Bed is comfortable as is the bedding. Shower pressure good. We had an issue with a lost key (later found) and Ethan responded quickly and graciously. The unit was very clean, well furnished, and quiet for the period of our stay. One big advantage is that unlike many other buildings up the (long) hill, it was a short level walk to the pool/lanai/beach access, but screened by another building, so there was no noise/activity from those busier locations. Only disappointment was that the unit had neither of the lovely ocean or garden views the resort is famous for. There was a "postage stamp" view of far-off ocean between two rooftops, from the kitchen-sink window and the side of the deck. Other windows had views of (nicely landscaped) parking lots.
