Situated at the very desirable South end of Kihei/Wailea area, Villa Kaya is less than 3 miles away form world class golfing & pristine beaches, ideal for swimming, surfing, boogie boarding, snorkeling or just relaxing

Smoking is only permitted in the outdoor designated smoking areas of the Kihei Akahi Complex.

Don't hesitate to rent this unit! Have been staying at this property for 17 years and have stayed in C & D bldg. This is THE BEST!!! Really cute unit, clean & modern. Literally 300 steps to the beach. When we come back...and we do close to every year, this will be the first unit I look to rent. Thanks Teya!!

Only two stars for communication because we didn't receive check in instructions and when we arrived there was no record of our reservation. I contacted the owner and he did correct the matter very quickly. This place was perfect for our trip. Clean and terrific location. Ground floor is such a plus. Toes in the sand within 3 minutes of walking out the door.I'd stay here again for sure. To see the fires ravage only a week later is awful. Praying for Maui 🙏🤙❤️
