The first Maui Hill unit to have a Mitsubishi 4 zone split AC system. No more hot afternoons and evenings with the under-powered window units! All new furnishings, beds, appliances, and everything else are brand new. Located in southernmost Kihei just across the street from two of Maui's best beaches: Keawakapu Beach and Kamaole III Beach. This unit is located on the second floor of building K at Maui Hill Resort. South Kihei is home to Maui's most spectacular beaches and is a water sports and sun-worshipers dream. This side of the island has arguably the best weather and sunniest disposition in all of the Hawaiian Islands -- it is truly paradise. This property is a block from Wailea, and less than 5 minutes from all of the Wailea resorts - ideally located for wedding parties. The house was perfect for our family of 5, including two kids, my husband and my mom. There was space to spread out. The beds were comfortable and the unit was very clean. The kids really enjoyed walking to the pool and the beach was very close too. Highly recommend!! ##### Melissa P. The property was clean and quiet. The beds were very comfortable and the 3 beds/3baths worked well for our group. Loved waking to the birds and view. It was easy to spend time together as family, while everyone had a comfortable space they could retreat to. Great communication by management. The only miss was the description of the place as being a stunning renovation. I'm sure at some point that was true but that description suggests new and crisp, whereas the carpets throughout the unit were generally dirty (old, ground in dirt that builds up in carpets over time), paint was peeling on the steps to the unit, doors to the patio space were warped, etc. Things were just a little tired. Nice enough, but certainly not the look and finish we were expecting from the description (and given the cost). ##### Don K. This place was perfect for our family of 7\. It was clean and had everything we needed for our weeklong stay. It is conveniently located between Kihei and Wailea with easy access to local beaches. The grounds were well kept, and our kids enjoyed access to the pool. The lanai was perfect for early morning or late afternoon coffee and reading with a nice view of the ocean. The communication was top notch from start to finish and made check in/check out a breeze. The Maui Hill 116 condo was as nice as described. There was plenty of room for the 5 of us, the view from the lanai was breathtaking, the complex pool was nice and it was an easy walk to beautiful beaches. Ian with Vacation-Maui was very helpful and quickly answered any question I had. I'd highly recommend this condo for a family of 5-6 people. ##### Terrye R. The balcony overlooks the lawn facing the ocean beyond, and the unit is in close enough proximity to the community grill and the pool (which was never too busy). All rooms were extremely comfortable. I even appreciated that there was a small step ladder for shorter members of our family to reach the in-unit washer/dryer and the taller bathroom vanity sinks. As for the complex itself, it's a 5-10 min walk to a beach and a 5-10 min drive to the shops and other eatery/grocery stores. I appreciated that the complex was situated in the quieter part of the S Kihei road. All in all, we would return again in a heartbeat! ##### Hyunje Grace C. We had friends staying at Kihei Surfside and we were just a short walk away from them and the beach. We never had a problem finding parking. The beach supplies were a hit, with a rolling cooler, umbrella and sand chairs for everyone. The separate A/C for each room was a plus. The unit is situated in a way where we didn’t always get the ocean breeze. The hosts were very responsive when we arrived early. Great communication. There are shops one mile away. We enjoyed a walk and cinnamon rolls one morning. 5 stars. Thank you for a nice week. ##### Kim R. This was the cleanest and overall nicest condo we have ever rented and we have stayed in quite a few. It was stocked amazingly well. The communication with the agency that rented it was 10/10\. The resort property was also well maintained and well located. Its a few minute walk or short drive to the beaches. The access by the Days Inn was our favorite. Family of 6 adults and one toddler had enough space to be together and apart, when needed. Two bedrooms have on-suite bathrooms. The washer/drier are actually larger and newer than in the pictures. Great lanai overlooking the greenery with the view of the ocean (unlike some other units in this community that overlooking parking lot and the road). Only 0.5 mile to the beach. Took 20 minutes at leisurely pace. Unit also has beach towels, beach chairs, umbrella, cooler, sand toys for kids, even few googles and snorkel masks. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans as well as cutlery and plates/glasses. All the tools needed to cook at home for the family. The condo is an easy walk downtown but also far enough out To be quiet and was situated in a way that felt private as well.
