Each day we started with a long walk along the beach to watch turtles, came back and sat by the pool/hot tub until 11am & then walked across to the beautiful beach! Additionally, it is centrally located, so we were able to visit four other beautiful beaches. We are also within walking distance of kayak/surfboard rentals, and whale watching/Molokini boat tours. Great view of the cove from the lanai even though it’s on the first floor, it’s right in the middle so it’s straight ahead view. Plenty of comfortable room to rest and relax between rounds of golf. The filtered water from the fridge is a nice feature for filling up your water bottle. Need to make sure the fridge is closed all the way. Kitchen door handles were so bad we didn’t want to touch them. Sand all through the sofa bed. Curtains were disgusting. This condo needs to be cleaned! The facility itself was nice. Stayed 12 nights in Jul 2023 ### 8/10 Good #### Verified traveller 28 Apr 2025 Liked: Communication, location, listing accuracy #### Seeing friends again Well, as always we had a very enjoyable stay--however we noticed that the outside appearance is starting to look run down--I was privy to the mgr and a contractor saying some of the balcony's had dry rot and the metal bolts are rusting thru-I know we have been staying there for 40 years so it is no surprise. I also would add is the pots and pans were not very clean(probably from the previous tenant) and also the cleaning service should be filling the water container for the dryer it was bone dry and from the looks of the lint build-up had been for quite some time ---most renters if they don't have a stackable washer and dryer do not know to fill this when drying clothes the cleaning service should be fill this cause it will cause dry rot even with the doors and windows open. The unit was perfectly sized for our family of 4 and very clean. Plenty of necessities in the kitchen for cooking meals and packing beach picnics. We appreciated the beach chairs, cooler, boogie boards and sand toys that were provided in the unit. The pool at the complex is very comfortable and clean and we enjoyed grilling and eating at the large picnic tables with our friends who were staying in a different unit in the complex. The sofa bed was fine for 2 kids. The master bedroom does get quite warm, but the provided tower fan helped with that. In-unit laundry was a big plus as we needed to wash beach and pool towels frequently. Hosts were very responsive to any questions we had before or during our trip.
