The condo was clean, water pressure was amazing, and the balcony was a great place to watch the sunset. The neighbors are quiet and nice. The neighborhood felt like a nice beach town with people enjoying the weather and outdoors. Left the place cleaner than I found it. After that it was great!. We didn’t have TV for 2 days but PMI was available and took care of the issue. Great area and convenient location to everything. Cannot beat the location, walk across street to beach. Was perfect, we travelled with a 3 month old and the convenience was ideal. The unit has everything a guest could ask for and is very quiet, except for a bit of traffic noise but I did not find it an issue. The property was great for a family of 4 with 2 teens. It was nicely remodeled and felt like a home away from home. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking meals. Beach items were a great plus, including the paddle board :). We couldn’t locate the paddle, but the rental place across the street rented one cheep for us to use. Location was great.
