This dramatic, updated and upscale unique, freshly painted two level floor plan has many updates and upgrades to offer. Our kitchen is spectacular with new cabinets, granite countertops, lighting, floor tile throughout and provides you a spacious easy walk through floor plan. 2025 Master Bedroom had LV installed. Our remodeled Master Bedroom offers new built in dresser. Our Master Bath has been completely updated with new tiled step into floor, shower, vaniety and lighting. Our second bedroom in the loft, has two new extended length twin beds, new carpet installed in 2025\. Beds were comfortable and the kitchen a dream. We were thankful to have boogie boards, beach chairs, and washer and dryer available. We had all that we needed and never had any issues. It was right across the street from Kamaole Sands 3 Beach, close to restaurants and shops. The layout was perfect for our family of 5 with a room in the loft area for kids and a big kitchen thank you so much for sharing your beautiful condo. This was probably our favorite. Air conditioning was great and the rooms were spacious.Because of the heavy rains, we were not able to get into the ocean for a couple of days. Property as advertised, spacious and updated. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here. Loved being so close to the beach and having beach chairs, boogie boards, and pool noodles to use. Manager was quick to respond and easy to communicate with. Tennis courts were a bonus for my kids -- had to pay each time to use them though. Would definitely recommend staying here. My two 20 something daughters appreciated the loft space and bathroom. Rest of the party was happy with the main floor. Great kitchen space. Loved the pool and access to Kam III. Great location, easy parking. Beds were comfortable and AC worked well. Wish the Kitchen was better equipped- no large pots or grilling spatula and pans were a bit scratched up. This was our first time to Maui and we absolutely loved the accommodations. We felt the pictures were accurate. The location is perfect. Very close to the ocean, walking distance to shops, restaurants and coffee shops. The resort property is immaculate. Loved the pool, played pickleball. Lots of beach towels and chairs for use. It feels like home and while some things were used nothing was worn out. Communication with the owner was wonderful during the stay and responses to inquiries were very prompt. We were allowed a later checkout, which helped as we had an evening flight, which we were very grateful for! There was a total of three adults and two teenagers which we felt very comfortable throughout our stay in this unit. ##### Nathan C.
