This partial ocean view condo is designed for comfort. Partial Ocean view, the unit has been nicely designed and features tile flooring, granite kitchen counters, stainless steel appliances and more. A large lanai Ideal for taking in that natural island beauty! This is a 1 bedroom condo unit in the Maui Sunset community, on the 5th floor (there are two elevators and three stairways in each building for efficient access to all five floors). It is about 681 sqft and features a bedroom with a queen bed, and a sofa bed in the living room. \*\*Home Highlights\*\* • Comfy Queen sized bed in the bedroom, and the ensuite bathroom has a step-in shower • The kitchen is fully equipped with all major appliances • Ceiling fans throughout, air conditioner bedroom and in-unit laundry • Great community feature including outdoor swimming pool, Hot Tub and BBQ area • Close proximity to world-class golf courses, shopping, dining, and the finest beaches in south Maui • Superb surfing, snorkeling and paddle-boarding all nearby! \*\*Additional Info about the Home\*\* • Hawaii's Natural Environment: Hawaii's beautiful tropical climate is part of what makes the islands so special—but it also comes with some unique aspects of island living.
