The Palms is a perfect location. A short walk to the beach and approx 15 minute walk to The Shops in Wailea. This unit is very quiet, with a nice sized lanai with lots of afternoon sun, some ocean view and perfect for watching the sunset. The inside of the unit was large but dated, drapery was pretty dirty and needs cleaning! It had most everything one could want beach chairs, beach towels, umbrella's, snorkel sets, nice big and comfy bed in master . Lots of spices in the kitchen which was appreciated , good basic dishes etc. The view was the best part of this unit by far we could see the whales while sitting on the deck so bring your binoculars. note there is no bbq on the deck they have them scattered throughout the property.
