This spacious Wailea Grand Champions Villas 2 bedroom 2 bath second floor unit is tastefully decorated and has everything you need for a relaxing vacation. Great ocean, tennis courts and tropical foliage views from living area, lanai and master bedroom. A full and well stocked kitchen for the evenings you stay in or to make a big Sunday breakfast. Large living area with plenty of seating. This unit features a window AC in the living room and in bedroom 1 and bedroom 2, the television is in the living room. There's a beautiful lanai for you to have coffee in the morning, or a mai tai at sunset!

The Grand Champions Resort features two pools and is walking distance to the Wailea Tennis club as well as several restaurants and world class shopping. This location is a few minutes drive to 13 beaches and 4 golf courses. Minutes from the famous "Big Beach" in Makena and La Perouse Bay and lava fields. 30 minutes from the airport and Costco.

The unit is well stocked with kitchen ware and appliances, we also provide:
- beach chairs, beach towels, beach umbrella, sorry no snorkeling gear,
- a toiletries starter kit sufficient for short stay,
- a starter kit of laundry soap, dish soap, dishwasher soap, and kitchen cleaning supplies,
- drip coffeemaker and some coffee to get the trip started
- linens, towels, etc.

Great place to stay!

The condo was beautiful, the view from the lanai was spectacular! Had lots of kitchen items that made eating in so much easier! We will definitely be back! They were even able to get us an early checkin as we were moving from another condo across the lot. Saved our last day in paradise by doing that for us!!

Grand Champions

The location of the condo is amazing and it is well-equipped. Dan was great when we complained about one of the balcony doors not operating properly. Within an hour a guy came to sort it out. The views are beautiful with walking access to the shops and restaurants in Wailea. The only issue was the ants in the kitchen area. They were tiny but everywhere. We didn't complain and cleaned the place ourselves but the ants were still around.

Great location but bare bones rental

Great location of unit and clean. However it is bare bones. The unit is older and the bathrooms are definitely dated but clean. No pool towels and bath towels are very bare. So if you’re staying for longer than a few days you’ll need to do laundry meaning you won’t have bath towels in the meantime. Communication wasn’t proactive and I felt that I had to push to get info. Never got pool towels delivered to the unit. Unit has a leaking coffee maker that will need to be replaced.

In short, this was literally the worst place I’ve ever stayed in Maui. I’ve stayed in the complex many times so Grand Champions as a whole is wonderful so don’t negate staying in this condominium overall just don’t stay at this particular condo.Our first night was special as we check in and upon checking out the place we found flies everywhere dead, nats, ants, and ROACHES There were even dead bugs in the freezer all of which I have photos. My husband and I were beyond mortified because it just effected “what” was clean and wasn’t the kicker was the property management company apologized but told me that Hawaii is covered in bugs and that’s just how it is and kept apologizing. When we called/emailed to notify them of our concerns we did get a prompt call back from the First Gentleman we spoke to was actually quite nice and offered to have someone come clean tomorrow. I said ok but let him know we had been deep cleaning due to our concern of sanitation in the unit.Each day was a battle with the ants regardless of how much we cleaned and honestly we didn’t cook at all just due to the fact of finding the huge dead roach. There was zero way that many bugs died and were scattered about in the apartment and hour before we checked in after they supposedly cleaned and did a second sweep on verification of everything being pristine as they claim???The property manager named Dan - in short was not a nice human being. He did call and we were out on vacation as we should have been and due to us not being available when he felt it good for him he would not return our call to address the infestation issue.Instead I got a woman who yes was apologetic but explained that’s just how it is on the island.Then the texts from Dan poured in over VRBO basically stating because I “cleaned” they couldn’t determine if I was lying. I sent photos to the property management as well to debunk this crap.The next day we were preparing to leave and another roach climbed out of the bathroom top drawer which we killed. I’ve stayed in MANY places in Maui over the years NEVER have I had this issue and never have I ever been treated so poorly. I filed a claim with VRBO to rectify this situation but stay away they are slum lords. Very basic offerings in the condo Kitchen was very poorly outfitted with supplies as well.For what you pay here you could stay at an amazing hotel. Stay away!!

Great stay at Grand Champions, Wailea

Very comfortable, quiet & clean condo...would be nice and easy to call this home! Enjoyed our stay in Wailea, accessible to other sights around Maui. Near nice pathway at waterfront for AM walk, can walk to beach if you are not carrying a lot of stuff. Grounds around condo are lovely, nice pools& hot tub with BBQs to cook dinner. Would definitely stay here again.
